weila is a place where people come to enjoy co-working, co-brainstorming and co-lounging. We’ve designed the perfect spaces to host everything from business get-togethers to private events. Our furnished, multi-purpose function rooms are suitable for your every need, and have a cosy living room feel. You can leave the catering details to us: coffee and tea are kept hot either inside or just outside the room, and you can choose from snacks for everyone from fruit lover to sweet tooth, and a lunch of a fresh salad or venison goulash with homemade pasta. We’ll help you create the perfect package tailored to your event. Technical equipment including screens, projectors and more are available on request.

A small space and cosy ambiance, just like at Grandma’s. The perfect place for intimate and lively discussions, job interviews, one-on-one meetings, feedback talks and small team debriefings. With a two-seater sofa, pair of armchairs, coffee table and chandelier, the scene is set for an easy-going dialogue. Bookable by the hour.

It doesn't get any greener than in our modest-in-size-but-not-in-style meeting room. From the floor to the ceiling and everything in between, the colour of hope is what meets the eye. The room’s large table can accommodate up to 12 people for discussions, philosophy talks, laughter, and brainstorming. If you need to give your synapses a break, the table is quickly transformed into a ping pong court where you can squeeze in a few matches between work sessions. Paddles and balls are provided, so let the games begin. Bookable by the half- or full day.

The largest of our seminar rooms with direct access to the terrace and a staircase leading to the garden. The U-shaped setup accommodates up to 25 people. Flooded with natural light, this bright room is perfect for small teams (10-15 people) that need plenty of spread-out space for group activities and work zones. Enjoy your breaks down in the garden with a game of badminton or a lounge on the forest sofa. The world is your oyster. Bookable by the half- or full day.
